If the device you paid to use is found to be faulty at the time of your purchase, we will refund your original purchase amount and any fees applied to the transaction.
Claiming A Refund:
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Use the “Contact Us” form.
2. Fill in the details, including:
- Location of the device.
- Device name.
- Last 4 digits of your card.
- Time of attempted use.
- Amount paid.
- Description of the problem.
- Did your informed the location of your experience.
Our Process: Upon receiving your refund request, we will take the following steps:
1. Within 2 business days, a service person will visit the location and discuss any reported problems.
2. The service person will inspect the device to identify and faults.
3. We will contact you with our findings.
4. If the device has logged a failure to operate, we will arrange a refund to the card used for the original purchase. A refund will be actioned within 7 days.
Refund method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment card with in the specified time frame.
- We do not provide refunds in cash or via bank transfer.
