Unless expressly stated otherwise, QR Pay Now Pty Ltd does not own, operate, or control the venues, machines, or services made available through the platform.

2. Role of QR Pay Now Pty Ltd

QR Pay Now Pty Ltd acts as a technology and payments facilitation platform.

• Goods and services purchased through the platform are supplied by the relevant venue operator.
• QR Pay Now Pty Ltd is not responsible for venue operations, machine availability, pricing decisions, or service quality.
• QR Pay Now Pty Ltd does not act as the venue operator unless explicitly disclosed.

3. Payments & Processing

• Payments are processed securely by third-party regulated payment processors.
• QR Pay Now Pty Ltd does not store or process full card or sensitive payment details.
• Transaction approval and availability are subject to processor rules, device compatibility, and network connectivity.

4. Pricing & Charges

• Prices, credits, or token values are set by the venue operator.
• Transaction amounts are displayed prior to confirmation.
• Additional processing or service fees may apply where clearly disclosed at the point of payment.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• Refunds for completed transactions are generally handled by the venue operator, unless otherwise required by law.
• Failed, incomplete, or duplicate transactions may be reviewed and refunded at the discretion of the venue operator or payment processor.
• Chargebacks and disputes are handled in accordance with applicable payment processor rules and card scheme regulations.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the QR Pay Now Pty Ltd platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Use the platform only for legitimate purposes
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity

QR Pay Now Pty Ltd may suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.

7. Availability & Service Interruptions

QR Pay Now Pty Ltd aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

QR Pay Now Pty Ltd is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Network or connectivity failures
• Venue hardware or machine faults
• Third-party service outages
• Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• QR Pay Now Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• QR Pay Now Pty Ltd’s total liability is limited to the value of the affected transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the QR Pay Now Pty Ltd Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable local consumer laws.
